  You already have a Home page link.

  You don’t: the Home tab is supposed to link to the front page of the blog, not to a different website. If you want a tab that links to a different website, you’ll add a custom link to the menu you have created and give it a label other than “Home”.

  What do you mean by “website”? Are your referring to another external site? If so you can create a custom menu and add a custom link to an external site. But you cannot use a Home link on your blog to redirect to an external site.
