HOME & BLOG have disappeared from the title and logo bar on Franklin theme.

The HOME & BLOG have disappeared from the title and logo bar on my Franklin theme. They were there when I originally started to set it up but not now. Also, on the live demo of this theme, it shows three buttons on the tagline bar at the top next to the search box. I would like to put an ABOUT button up there and others when I think of them. However, I can’t find any info on how to do that. Any help will be very much appreciated.
