HOME Link – qTranslate

  Hello,
  I have a question about “Home” link in theme Twenty Twelve with qTranslate plugin.
  I can’t create a link to main page with latest posts, that a selected language will keep.
  I tried to edit header.php with adding /">Home in menu, but link stay on top or bottom of menu.
  How can I solve this problem?
