‘Home’ listed twice in the pages menu

  Hello!
  I am using a blog as a website. I have various pages which are listed in a sidebar. For some reason though, ‘Home’ is listed twice. When I tried renaming the home page to ‘Welcome’ I had ‘home’ and ‘welcome’ both listed in the menu pointing to the same page.
  Has anyone any ideas how I can resolve this?
