‘Home’ not listed in sidebar

The ‘Home’ link is not showing in the sidebar of my site and I cannot find a reason for this. Can anyone help?

There is no “Home” link in sidebars, because for most themes it’s the header or the text in the header or a tab on the header. If you want a Home link, you can put one in via a text widget or the Meta widget.

The ‘Home’ link existed until I added widgets to the side bar. The ‘Text’ and ‘Meta’ widgets will not put a ‘Home’ link to the blog in the sidebar.

Are you talking about romceg.wordpress.com?
I did a test and the default widgets for that theme (Dusk) are Pages, Archives, Categories, Search and Meta. There’s no “Home” link by default
In any case if you wish to add a link to home, create a text widget where you insert this:
<a href="/" title="Home">Home</a> -
