Home not working in Top nav menu (The Morning After)

Hi, I’ve not used this forum before, hope I get it right.
The Home link in the top nave menu is now showing #1646 (NO TITLE) instead of Home.
If it is clicked on, it goes to the contact page. I’ve not changed anything for this to happen. It was OK yesterday.
I’ve gone in to pages, where I see I can change the title to Home, but can’t see a way to change it to go back to the Home page when clicked.
Do you think this is a general WordPress problem of just a my site problem.I’ve also noticed on the mobile site when Home is clicked it goes back to yesterdays posts when it was OK.
