  my blog site is http://sfbloggers.wordpress.com/
  Why does the blog/comment box not appear on my home/front page?
  If I select comments, then the box and comments appear.
  But I want this info on the home page. How??

  You can’t do it.
  If comments for each post appeared on the front / home page, then your readers would have to scroll down through all the comments before finding the next (previous) post.

  Image what it would be like if you want to display 5 posts at a time, and each post had 25 or 100 comments! That is a LOT of scrolling down, and it would discourage readers from looking at your posts.

  Except for those few folks who love scrolling and scrolling…
