  To restore the page from trash please go to My Site → Pages → Trashed and restore the home page by following this Support guide: https://wordpress.com/support/trash/#restoring-from-trash

  Note that if you have permanently deleted the page from trash https://wordpress.com/support/trash/#permanently-deleting-a-post-or-page it cannot be further recovered.
