  Hi!
  I am somewhat new to blogging and WP. I started this blog (http://halrosen.wordpress.com) a couple of months ago. I have recently (within the past 2 weeks) added posts and pages. I have figured out a lot of my questions through the support pages and forums. I am stuck on a few things though!

  I have made a home page (with a static page). I have put my “new” blog on the home page and I then copied and pasted the “old” blog to a new post. My question is: When I have done a search on WP, an old post (from a couple of weeks ago) shows. Not what was updated yesterday or any new blogs on the home page. How can I fix it so my home page comes up, not an old post? Or, even if a different post comes up, not one that is months old.

  Also, clicking on the date, in the search, takes me to that post not the home page. Is that right?

  Any and all help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
