  Write whatever you want, there no possible to get answer. This file doest exist. WP amateurs and volunteers do only to complicate everything. If customer starts work and know where to find to operate with link and find answer, then after month WP do changes thus giving only to customer more confusion. Instead, WP call it improvement. Your instruction about themes are incorrect and if you follow them, alas, thats a madness.
  More month I am trying to set up new link with theme “Expound”. ( if theme works at all?) Well there is nothing clear how to set home page with small thumb nails photo as it looks on original page. Four small photos no possible to set. It accepts only one photo. Bold text doesn’t works, it goes all letters in one line. This madness.
