  Hello,
  I would like to delete what currently comes up as my home page and change the address on my one and only published post, in order to make that into my homepage.
  My blog is hosted by Bluehost – but I can’t seem to make any headway with the chat tech chat there.
  Any clues welcome –

  Since the website you’ve listed, http://www.whoweare.blog, is using the open-source WordPress.org and it is hosted with Bluehost, we’re unable to offer much help. This forum is dedicated to the hosted WordPress.com, they’re two different things.
