  How do I access my Home Page to write it?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Every theme has a detailed theme description page. This one is at
  https://wordpress.com/theme/twentysixteen and that’s where set up instructions for it and the live demo site link is found.

  All support docs are at https://en.support.wordpress.com/ where we have a search box as the most prominent feature on the page.

  This is a one or the other situation. You have two choices on any blog
  (1) All posts on the front page which is also called the home page and is the URL of the site.
  (2) Or a static front page http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/front-page/ and all posts on a different page. In that case you can create a Page for the Home page https://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/#create-a-new-page first and create one for your Posts/Blog then designate a static front page.

  daisysykesdesigns – it does sound like you might prefer to have a static homepage as your front page. Currently, your front page is set to display your latest blog posts, instead of a static page.

  Timethief linked you do a guide which will help you set up a static homepage, which you’ll then be able to edit.
