    when logging onto the site it does not show the home page but only does that when clicking the “home” page on the menu – the page that it does show is a blank page with the title

    Hi there,

    That blank page is the page currently set as your site’s front page. If you look at your pages list at My Site ->Site ->Pages, you’ll see two pages titled “Home” there, so it looks like you have the wrong one set as your front page.

    Go to the Customizer at My Site ->Design ->Customize ->Homepage settings, and under the Front Page option, select the other “Home” page. You should see the correct page appear in the Customizer preview when you do that.

    Save the changes in the Customizer, and you should be good to go. You can then also delete the blank Home page from your pages list afterwards.
