I had populated my ‘home page’ and somehow I’ve accidentally clicked on ‘Front Page’. I don’t even know from where I’ve done this. Bottom line is, I’ve lost my home page and want it back but don’t how to do that, for any help I would certainty be grateful.

Hi! I definitely see that your home page has content, but it’s not showing when I visit the site. It looks like this might be due to your “front page” template in the Site Editor, which is missing the Post Content block. The Site Editor governs the overall appearance of the site, including things like colour scheme and how your content is displayed. The Post Content block basically makes the content you add to your home page, visible to visitors.
To resolve this, I’d suggest:
- Head to Appearance > Editor and ensure you’re editing the ‘Front Page’ template from the list of templates.
- When you’re editing your ‘Front Page’ template, insert a Post Title block, and a Post Content block.
- Save your changes, then you can take a look at the site
This should get your content visible once more!
In case of need, here are a few guides that might be useful:- Using the Site Editor
- Editing your home page template (in your case, you’ll want to edit the Front Page template specifically)
- General guide to templates in the Site Editor
I hope that helps, if you do have any other questions let us know!
