  Under Pages, should my Home or Blog page be listed along with About and other pages?

  Above the pages I see:
  little home image and ‘The hompage is showing your lates posts.’

  WP.com: Yes
  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
