I can’t figure out if I need to delete these two tabs – home and blog. If you click on Home it doesn’t take you back to the page with all the posts. If you click the Blog tab, it has no posts of there. All my posts are on the front page. I would like to have less of post on the front page with “Older Posts” at the bottom to click on. Help would be much appreciated. tks!

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there,

Your home page is currently set up to display your site’s latest posts.

If you’d like to display your posts on a separate Blog page and set your home page as a static front page, then you can follow the steps here:

    Set the Homepage

If you like your posts displaying on the home page, then you can delete the Blog tab from your custom menu here:

    https://wordpress.com/menus/willowwritesweb.wordpress.com

Let me know if that helps out or if you have any extra questions.

Can I delete the Home page tab as well?
How will people get back to the front page if they go to the about or contact pages?
Is there a way for me to set up a tab for the front page so they can navigate back to it?
    tks

    Hi @willowwritesweb,

You can edit the existing Home tab so that it links to the correct page.

To do that, navigate to My Site > Menus here:

    https://wordpress.com/menus/willowwritesweb.wordpress.com

From the above page, select the pencil icon next to Home in order to edit it. In the resulting window, you should see a Home option at the very top of the list of items that has the word “Site” next to it. Check that option and save your changes to update the link to that correct one. :)

Hope that’s helpful! We’re right here if extra questions come up.

thank you for helping me with both of these issues!
    it works beautifully now :)

~Vicki“If we want to be Christians, we must have some share in Christ’s large-heartedness by acting with responsibility and in freedom when the hour of danger comes, and by showing a real sympathy that springs, not from fear, but from the liberating and redeeming love of Christ for all who suffer. Mere waiting and looking on is not Christian behavior. The Christian is called to sympathy and action, not in the first place by his own sufferings, but by the sufferings of his brethren, for whose sake Christ suffered.” ~ Dietrich Bonhoeffer
