Home page blank white window

When going to my site there is now a large window that opens (blank white) that has to be closed to see the home page. How do I get rid of this?

It looks like http://www.thejukeboxromeos.com is a self-hosted WordPress site with Bluehost, which is a bit different to a site hosted on WordPress.com. You can read about these differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
