Home Page – Browse feature not working
-
Hey!
I have been working on a review site and its been working fine for some time now. I recently migrated it to be hosted at WordPress but its always been a managed wordpress website.
I’ve noticed the buttons at the bottom of the page seem to have stopped working, so visitors will see the first page but are unable to navigate to pages 2,3,4 etc on the homepage.
The top menu is working fine.
Unsure how to fix, have looked at settings on homepage etc but not having much luck!

Hi there,
We checked the site and noticed that the buttons work when we are emulating an admin log (which your Securi plugin may also have noted) but the buttons seem to work for us. However, visiting the site as an anonymous visitor the buttons do not seem to work. Have you noted the same?
This is likely related to a plugin conflict on your site so follow our instructions here for troubleshooting your plugins: https://wordpress.com/support/plugins/solve-problems-with-plugins/#deactivate-plugins-manually
Here are the basic steps:
- Deactivate All Plugins: In the WordPress dashboard, deactivate all plugins (note that some plugins are part of your managed hosting and cannot be disabled, so you can skip those)
- Reactivate Plugins Individually: Reactivate each plugin one by one.
- Check for Conflict: After each activation, check your site for the issue.
- Identify the Culprit: When the problem reoccurs, the last activated plugin is likely causing the conflict.
- Seek Support: Contact the plugin developer for help or let us know the name of the plugin you identified in your troubleshooting and we can look up their support contact.
Thanks!
