'home' page, can not edit, not be made invisible

    Hi,
    On a already existing website (created in Dreamweaver) I want to ad a members only blog for communication. It did not work to transfer the site that I had created on WordPress. I set up a new one in a separate folder (WordPress theme twenty eleven – there was no other choice…).
    Now I have aded two further pages but still the home page is not visible on the page list so I can not edit it. Need to do this as there already is an existing ‘home’ page so I do not need this one. In other trials I have done in the past it all worked fine to make the ‘home’ page invisible – why not here? Need urgent help to solve this!

    Sorry but that’s not a free hosted WordPress.com blog and we cannot help you with it. You are posting to the wrong support forum. If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.
