Home page confusion

  Hello,
  I am trying to move my sites over to WordPress. I followed the WP guide (awesome, by the way), but I’m having trouble since I inadvertently chose a blog type on the empty site when I created it. Therefore, the import put content on my homepage which I need/want on its own page. I cannot find a way to move this content which imported wonderfully, but is mixed in with this up-front home page blogging theme.
  What can I do??

  It looks like the site is showing posts on the homepage – are you able to tell me what you’re looking to show on the front page of the site?
