Home Page content not displayed and Home page not listed in set-up

  Hope someone can help. Deleted content in error and now home page is not listed in my pages listing. Can’t recover anything and don’t seem able to contact any WP support desk person. Please can someone help me recover the Home Page listing and content? Thank you!

  Look in your Posts->Trash file to see if the content is there. If not, you’ll just have to make more posts.

  If you want your blog front to display an intro page, you need to go to Settings > Reading, set that page as your front and set the “Blog” page as your posts page. If you had done that then trashed the intro page, go to Pages > All Pages > Trash and restore the page. If you hadn’t done that, you go to Pages > Add New and create the intro page then go to Settings > Reading etc.

  But if you want the blog front to display your latest posts instead, you set this option in Settings > Reading then go to Posts > Add New and publish a post.
