home page design… and domain different than the “by”

  a couple of questions….. how do you place pages to the top of the page and to the right as well
  also i noted that one blog site had as the domain name one thing ie.. prostablog.wordpress.com and the page title was by the guy’s name……. on mine the domain and the by… is the same… how do you change that….. example prostablog.wordpress.com vs…. theprostatedecision.wordpress.com thanks jm
