Home page does not exist

My Oxygen theme does not display the ‘Home’ page to my blog. How can I find my ‘Home’ page like others such as ‘About’, ‘Who am I’ etc.
why this page automatically has been displayed?
Please tell me if I change my setting from ‘Reading’ to its static page then how can I find ‘Home’ page.
