Home Page (Front Page) to look like other pages
-
Hi there! I’d like to somehow change my “Home” page to make it look like my other pages. For instance on my “Daily Life” page, there is a black bar that says “Daily Life” going across my featured image. There is also a space that shows the purple background before the blog post begins.
How do I get a “Home” bar to go across the header on my main page? Also, I hate that my blog pictures line right up with the header. I want there to be a space between them where the purple background shows.
Can anyone help me write a CCS coad to fix these two issues? Thanks!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there, I see you’re using the Pictorico theme, which has a grid layout on the front page, when it’s set to display your latest posts.
You can override this layout by setting up your front page as a static page, instead of having it display your latest posts.
Here’s a guide on how to do that:

Just so I’m sure what you’re after, is this where you’d like to add some space? https://cloudup.com/c2nFP30FumG
