Home Page Glitch

    For some reason, there seems to be a big gap on our website when you first
    load it, but when u go from one page back to the homepage the layout
    seems to be back to normal.
    out IT department suggested that our slider may be causing our page speed to be slow
    however the Gap issue was there from before he mentioned this.

    When the slider was first put in, we didn’t experience this issue.
    it was just a matter of a week that we randomly noticed a gap. at first we
    thought it’s the slider plugin so, we removed the slider plugin but it
    seems that there is a gap whether we have an element on the page or not.

    We have got rid of the slider itself and there is no element on the page
    above the title (Blue banner where it says H.E. SERVICES )

    We have tried all methods possible to get rid of this gap but we are not
    sure as to why there is a gap now even though there is no published element.

    we duplicated the home page removed may elements but the gap issue was
    still there.
    would love some assistance
