Thanks for including the theme name!
Pique is a theme that features a one-page scrolling site – see the theme description here:
https://wordpress.com/theme/piqueThe “front page” is structured differently than single posts or pages. The front page content here (https://www.thrivechirodfw.com/) won’t show the header image the same way as a single page, which is what you’ve created here (https://www.thrivechirodfw.com/contact-us/).
Go into Customizer > Homepage Settings:
Your homepage displays
– Your latest posts
– A static pageYou should see “a static page” selected.
The “Homepage” dropdown menu will display which page has been designated as the static front page.
Click “edit page” in the lower left hand corner, which will open the page edit screen. Now add your image as a “featured image” from the right hand menu. This will designate the featured image to display in the background of your homepage.
Let me know if you have any more questions, I hope this helps!
