Home Page header does not match the rest of the pages

    I changed the theme for my site and managed after more than enough frustration to get the headers set the way I wanted them in every page except the HOME page.

    The page will preview with the proper header picture but the site does not display it.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
