  Hello 4th try in getting help. Read the forums at 70 its difficult for me to understand the technology language. Originally my header was fine except 1 issue.   Im sorry you are having such a difficult time. Looks like you are having a menu problem.
  I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but your site is not hosted here at WordPress.com but is a self hosted site (hosted in GoDaddy by what I found).

  The best place to find help for your type of WordPress install is in the WordPress.ORG forums > https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/

  There is a difference between them. I know, more reading, here > https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  I hope this points you in the right direction

  If I created my site in wordpress 30 day free trial and support. Went online for tec support. first they want money. I can’t find out if I paid them would it even be fixed. Godaddy told me I would have to back to wordpress. They couldn’t help me. Tried to talk to someone at wordpress they keep referring me to online support. wordpress advertises 24/7 call, go online,email. why then can I not spesk with someone? somuch for 30 day free trial and support!

  I have gone on the forums I do not understand the tec. language therefor I don’t know how to fix my site

  Hi @0615june, solybar is right; you have your own copy of the software.

  I like analogies, and if you do too perhaps this will help:

  It’s a bit like the difference between a restaurant (a service), and a recipe you use on your own. WordPress.com is a service . WordPress.org is free software you can install on your own somewhere else (GoDaddy, in your case).

  You have the “on your own” version. There are a lot of resources out there to help, like the one solybarr mentioned. This forum just happens to be for people who are using the service, and you aren’t.

  If you’d be interested in moving to our service so we can help with things like this, let me know and we can help you through that. But it would take a little while and some work, so fixing the current issue may be faster.
