Home Page Hero Image using Techup Theme loses text when browser window shrinks..

  Hello people-who-know-how-to-do-this!

  My hero image is a jpeg that has messaging/marketing-speak text on the bottom of the image. I’m using the techup theme. And when I shrink the browser window or resize it – or view the site on mobile, the image does not automaticall scale and I lis the text in teh image. I’ve tried changing “cover” to “center” etc. but am at a loss.

  Any help would be Sooooo appreciated!
