Home page image zooms when scrolling

  After the latest WP automatic update the image on my homepage zooms when the page is scrolled using Chrome on the iPad.
  It seems fine on all other browsers and is fine on my PC.
  The theme author had a look and says it’s a WP issue.
  Any ideas please?

  It looks like you’re using self hosted wordpress and not wordpress.COM.
