Home page in Oxygen

  Dear people of WP,

  I have made this blog in WP: http://blogumn.wordpress.com/

  My question is: how do I get the big picture (which changes) on the Home-page, just like in the demo version?

  The Oxygen theme demo site uses a “showcase” page template as the static front page as well as sticky posts.

  There is an explanation about how to do that (including help page links) on this theme page under the “Showcase page template” heading:

  Can you check out that description and let me know if the instructions are good there?

  Hi there,

  Thanks for your answer. I almost understand how it works.
  The only thing I cannot find is the ‘page attributes’ formule: where can I find this?

  It’s possible for page attributes to get hidden by screen option settings. To check, open any page for editing in your blog dashboard, click the “Screen Options” tab at the top right, and make sure the “Page Attributes” option is checked. Then look for the “Page Attributes” box on the edit screen.
