  I made changes to the website however now when i go back to previous versions it shows double on the published site

  To remove the duplicated content please follow the below steps:

  – Please activate the classic editor plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/classic-editor/ then
  – Edit the page, on the editor, click the “Text” tab, then delete all static content in the editor and click “Update” post
