‘Home’ page is missing in the Dashboard/Pages

Hello,
The ‘Home’ page is missing in the Dashboard/Pages. We need to update the information/images of the welcome/home page but only the Home page is not showing in the Dashboard, the other pages like About Us, Products, etc., are listed. Does someone know how we can find the Home page or why isn’t showing?Thank you :-)

Thank you for your answer and the information provided. The developer of our website was suddenly no longer available and we ended up not knowing what was going with our own site. We were under the impression that primavera.ca was hosted on WordPress.com
We are trying to manage our own web content but unfortunately we didn’t get all the needed information to be able to do it.
We will try the two links you have provided us and hopefully we find answers to solve our situations.
