  I was trying to see how the feature images for the front page worked. I liked the idea of the front page displaying a few images but I wanted to customise them.
  I deleted the 2 first featured posts of the blog and these nice displaying of images disappeared from the front page. I WANT THEM BACK! (with the possibility of customisation of course).

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi,

  If you only sent some posts to trash without deleting them, then may be restored. See the Restoring front Trash section of the Trash support page.

  I think that you’re referring to default featured images in the featured content slider on the Dara theme. On how to set that up see the Setting Up Your Front Page section of the Dara theme guide, including the Featured Content Slider subsection.

  If you want to use those default images again without restoring the trashed posts, then you may do so. Unless you’ve deleted the images from the media library, then they should still be there.
