I have attempted to apply all of the FAQs and suggestions I’ve found to fix the dual home page navigation link but unsuccessful. This is not a new website and it was fine for a long time.
Please help with dialog on the topic to get it resolved. Honestly, I have tried so many of the recommendations to fix this. Unfortunately, it goes unresolved. I am a writer and do count on my business site to be presentable.
I am always so impressed with WordPress and love my website. Thank you so much for your help.

Searching works wonders. To deal with your 2 home pages issue create a custom menu and include your own Home page and any other pages and items you want in the menu, save the menu, and then from the “primary location” pulldown in the theme location module at upper left on the menu page, select your custom menu name and then click save.
