home page – lost data

    Bello, I need your help! I made a website with hestia pro a new months ago. I wanted to add in the home page a section shop with some of my paintings. It way working well until I started to personalize my shop in woo commerce: I’ve lost the data of my homepage section and I don’t know the procedure to go to the back state. I delete woo commerce hoping that it would restore, but it didnt’. How can I do the restore the previous homepage section?

    After checking, we can see that your site,http://www.marcelladimartino.com/ is currently hosted outside of WordPress.com. I would love to help however, as your site is hosted with a different web hosting provider, it uses a different self-hosting platform which functions differently than what we offer on our managed WordPress services.

    Here is one suggestion that I would like to make. Please check the Drafts Folder or Thrash Folder and try to restore the Homepage from there.

    Thrash Folder

    From your WordPress Site Dashboard, go to Pages > Select the Home Page > Select Thrash > Select Restore.

    Draft Folder

    Sometimes when you activate a new Theme, your published content will automatically change and be saved as drafts. Go to Pages > Select the Home Page Draft and select Publish.

    I highly recommend that you reach out to the Web Hosting Support at SiteGround for further assistance.
