Home Page not loading- multiple wordpress verions conflicting

  I am very new to website building, this is my first website for my new small business. I had an issue in wordpress in the beginning buildig stages and had to delete my wordpress account through my host and then restart fresh and I believe this may be a good starting point for my problem but don’t know how to fix it. If I have been away from my wordpress admin site for a while (lets say few hours to a day) when I go to my website address the home page doesn’t load properly, it shows an older, less complete version of my home page before I deleted my first wordpress account. If I then go into my wordpress admin page and reload the website page it then loads properly.

  I would really appreciate help on this topic as I can’t fully launch the website to customers until it is working properly.
