Home page of Blog not reflecting theme

  I have noticed that when I go to my blog’s home page (www.follyfarmsnc.com) the theme is not reflected. However, if I follow a link to one of my posts such as http://www.follyfarmsnc.com/2016/12/09/table-to-farm-feeding/ the theme is there

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
