  On what site are you working? The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites on WordPress.com.

  If you’re using the open source WordPress software at another host, please ask for help at https://wordpress.org/support/ instead.

  Since you are using Hostgator, you will get help from WordPress.org forum.

  This forum help only with websites hosted on WordPress.com.

  To clear up any confusion, there are 2 versions of WordPress. WordPress.com is a managed environment different from using the open source WordPress installation. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two, different entities.
