Home page on mobile is not the home page

  If you visit http://www.pamwells.org on your desktop, the home page is very simple, and it has a link to a page where one can get info on donating to the Alex & Elise Rogers College Fund (http://pamwells.org/2013/10/07/how-to-donate-to-the-alex-elise-college-fund/).

  But when I go to the home page on my iPhone 4, the URL shows http://www.pamwells.org, but it displays the content from http://pamwells.org/2013/10/07/how-to-donate-to-the-alex-elise-college-fund/?

  We are using the Expound theme.

  Any ideas on how to fix this?

  BTW, it works properly on my iPad.
