Home page plus blog page?

My blog is private but I’m using the Fanwood Light theme. I want an about page as my homepage, but I also want to have a page on my menu that has all my blog posts on it. How do I do this? Please explain.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You create a static front page. Are you clear on the differences between posts and pages?
http://en.support.wordpress.com/post-vs-page/By default the front page of your blog displays all published posts (not pages) in reverse chronological order, with the most recently published post on top. That is for the convenience of your returning visitors, who come to read your latest post, and who are not likely to be happy with being compelled to click through the same static page with the same blah, blah, blah on it every time they visit the blog looking for the latest post.
However, if you do not want all the posts to show on the front page, then you can create a static front page called for example “Welcome” for your site and a “Blog” page for posts. To do that create two pages http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/
After you do that you go to > Settings > Reading and make the designation change and click “save changes”.

Front page:
Posts page:On the bottom of your Admin page you will find a link to the Learn WordPress.com blogging Tutorial prepared by Staff. http://learn.wordpress.com/
The support documentation is all found at the Support link http://en.support.wordpress.com which is also on the bottom of your Admin page.

OK but how do I make the posts page show all my posts? Do I just edit the text for the posts page instead of posting stuff or do I have to change a setting?

Your blog is private. Volunteers cannot view it and see what you have done to the default display, which is all published posts on the front page of the blog.
Please read what I posted above carefully and read the information at the links I posted as well and resolve issue by acting on what you read.
