Home page post and subsequent page post numbers
-
I want the Home page to show only 1 post; however no where in Dashboard and no matter what you change, you can do that without affecting other pages and number of posts that would show, say, i a chosen archive page. If you chose 1 in Settings/Reading, then this is the umber of post that wordpress will display when a user selects an archive date with for instance 4 posts on that date.
I simply can’t comprehend that you coders could did not even think about that. Very disappointed.
ThanksThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Surely to GOB you are not referring to this empty free WordPress.com blog being free hosted by WordPress.com with this scammy advertising on the front page:
Dede.com is for sale

First of all,you don’t have to be a smart ass.
Secondly, I’m logged on and asked a technical question. Where in any part of my post do you see anything pointing to that “scammy advertising” other than you inadvertently advertising it yourself.
If you don’t know how to to that, why do you have to show your ignorance by posting such a stupid reply that is not relevant to my question whatsoever.
And last, it is ok to stop being stupid too.
Duh. -
