Home page puts majority of article's body copy into Itals

Mosr aticles on Home page gone into itals. Can’t seem top get back to original settings.
Thought it was because I’d Installed typekit to add a sans serif font but when I revert to original font get same problem
The article on the category page it’s been allocated to seems to be OK but on the Home only two articles (the most current) have not gone into itals.
Also the text for recent posts, blogroll etc have also gone into itals.
Very frustrating… looks like shite! Can anybody help.

You most likely have an open italics tag in this post: This Sunday! Molly Dineen at the Portobello Pop Up Cinema… In conversation + Heart Of The Angel + a first showing of ‘The Out-Takes Of Tony Blair’.
Go to settings > writing and select “WordPress should correct invalidly nested XHTML automatically” and then click “save changes.”
Open that post in the editor, switch from the visual tab to the HTML tab (waiting for the page to refresh) and then switch back to the visual tag (again waiting for it to refresh), and then click “update post.”

I’ve been through all the posts tracking down that rogue XHTML and that seems to have done the trick… give thanks!
I would never have been able to do that… I’d already spent a couple of hours to no avail… plus I was so off the mark.
So… massive thanks & big respect. Knowledge is power indeed!
