  Where can I go to change the Home page title? I want to change the “Home” in the bar to read “Teen Fashion Blog”. Ideas?

  “Home” on the menu bar is normal. “Home” in the web browser is also normal, followed by the name of your site.

  The question is which you wish to change.

  To change the menu, go to Appearance > Menus and change the name there. Do be aware that changing it to your site name from “Home” breaks a web standard for navigation areas. But it is your choice.

  To change the name of the web page the reader is viewing in the web browser where the title of the page appears in the web browser’s title bar, again you must break convention and the design and layout of your site.

  It requires creation of a static or hybrid front page. You must create a Page with the title you wish and set it to the front page of your site.

  If your WordPress Theme allows front page templates that feature the posts on the front page, switch to that on the Page for the front page of the site. Otherwise, create static content on the Whatever front page you created and add a BLOG page and change the settings in Settings > Reading for a static front page.

  Set the Homepage

  Best to stick with web standards, but those are your options.
