home page vs. post page
-
I have a blog with multiple posts published and they are all showing up on both my homepage and my posts page. I want to have all my posts on my posts page and only my most recent post on my home page. How do I do that? I set my homepage as static but I only want my most recent post there as opposed to all of them. And I want all of my posts on my blog page.

Hey there,
Sounds like you are on the right track. You’ll want to ensure the homepage is set to a static page to begin with. You can change which page is displayed on the homepage by visiting the “customize” menu under Appearance > Customize in the WP dashboard of your site (yourdomain.com/wp-admin)
From there you can use the “Latest Posts” block in the Gutenberg editor when editing the page (Pages > Homepage) to display your most recent posts on the homepage wherever you would like. Once you add the block, you have the ability to change how many posts you would like displayed and other variables.
I hope this helps, let us know if you have any questions!
