Home page will not appear via desktop

    The homepage on my website appears on mobile and tablet; however, it will not open on a computer. I get a message that says “It seems we can’t find what you’re looking for.” The content does appear when I am logged in as administrator, but will not appear on the regular site no matter how many times I publish it.

    I have tried the following without success:
    – Updated page & Published again
    – Opening the website on various computers with various browsers
    – Purging Cache in WordPress
    – Clearing computer cache & cookies
    – Deactivating all plug-ins
    – Set page attribute as “landing page”
    – Settings: Reading: Static: Homepage – Home
