Home page with Portfolio 'tiles' for click and open each portfolio page?

  I recently switched to Blask theme as I ‘thought’ after reading the details that it would let me have pictures on a home page as tiles/ connections to take viewers to each of my 8 portfolio pages. Am i wrong, or am I just setting this up wrong??

  Hello!

  According to the Blask Install Guide…

  When you first activate Blask on a new site, your front page (homepage) will display posts in a traditional blog format by default. To set up your site to to use the Portfolio Page Template as shown in the demo, follow these steps.
