  I have selected the Twenty Twenty theme but I cannot get the landing page to show up like it is when I see the theme. I want the exact blocks and page set up I see in the template and I would edit from there. how can i get my page to look like that. I get a weird page when I am customizing from inside the site and when I look at it from the web it shows no image at all. what am I doing wrong. I can see my Home page on the list and it shows up just as I would like but it does not come up anywhere else.

  Have you already looked at those?

  It sounds like you need to designate the front page of the site still. https://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/front-page/
