Home Slider issues with STAY theme

  Hello,

  I’m having problems getting the home slider feature to display properly on my blog. What happens is that the featured slider image is displayed but then the featured image also shows up below the slider, making two HUGE images, one on top of the other. This looks crap! I’m sure I’m missing something but have followed the directions several times, and used the customize screen to no avail. PLEASE help

  Hello,
  Are you having issues with http://driftwoodvillageresort.wordpress.com/ ? This is the only site I could find using the Stay theme. I was able to see the reported issue on the Events at Driftwood page.

  The best way to fix this is to change the page template of that page to default instead of home.

  If I do that, the Home Slider doesn’t work.
