‘Home’ tab on menu bar gives “not found” error

There is a ‘Home’ tab on my menu bar, but this does not show up as a page on my dashboard.
That being the case I can’t find a way of editing it or deleting it.
Can someone help please?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
